Product Introduction
The oil mist separator is an oil mist separation device designed to meet emission standards by separating the oil mist mixture generated by high-speed heavy rotating machinery such as compressors, turbines, generators, and vacuum pumps. With years of production and usage experience, we continuously update our designs, evolving from the initial product to the fifth generation, with separation efficiency constantly improving, and the front separation efficiency reaching up to 99.97% at 0.3 microns. The fan is made of aluminum material, effectively achieving a zero-spark condition in explosion-proof areas. It uses a coalescing filter element, which intercepts and coalesces the smoke, transforming the oil mist from a misty form into larger particles that can ultimately fall back into the oil tank.
Airflow ranges from 70m³/h to 1200m³/h. The oil tank negative pressure value can be manually maintained at a constant pressure.

● After installing the oil mist separator, the methane outlet concentration at the exhaust port is ≤60mg/m³, and there are no visible emissions at the discharge port, allowing for direct discharge into the atmosphere.
● Maintain a slight negative pressure in the fuel tank to ensure smooth return of lubricating oil to the main engine of the tank, preventing oil leakage from the main engine.
● The oil mist separator should be equipped with an emergency bypass pipeline. The bypass pipeline is a safety measure for the equipment, remaining in a closed state during normal operation. If the equipment experiences an abnormal shutdown or the filter element reaches the end of its service life, the positive pressure inside the oil tank will directly open the bypass pipeline, allowing for the direct discharge of flue gas and ensuring the normal operation of the main unit.
● The oil mist separator's filter can be individually removed and replaced during operation. When replacing the filter element, smoke is discharged directly outward without affecting the unit's oil tank negative pressure and smoke discharge effect.
